This is a Wi-Fi-only model. For cellular data, you would need to choose a Wi-Fi + Cellular variant.

This iPad Air is compatible with Apple Pencil Pro and Magic Keyboard. These accessories are sold separately.

Use a soft, lint-free cloth. For tougher smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using abrasive materials or chemical cleaners.

This specific model comes with 256 GB of internal storage.

Go to Settings > General > Software Update. Your iPad will check for available updates and prompt you to download and install them if available.

Ensure the iPad is charged. Connect it to a power source for at least 15 minutes and try again. If the issue persists, perform a force restart by pressing and quickly releasing the volume up button, pressing and quickly releasing the volume down button, then pressing and holding the top button until the Apple logo appears.

Close unused apps running in the background. Restart your iPad. Check for iPadOS updates, as they often include performance improvements. Ensure apps are also updated.

Restart your iPad and your Wi-Fi router. Forget the Wi-Fi network in Settings and reconnect. Ensure you are within range of your router. Check if Wi-Fi 7 is supported by your router.

Ensure the Apple Pencil is paired and charged. Check its connection in Bluetooth settings. Restart your iPad. Make sure your iPadOS is up to date.

Clean the Touch ID sensor and your finger. Ensure your finger is dry. Try removing and re-adding your fingerprint in Settings > Touch ID & Passcode.
