Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Setting up your iPad Air is straightforward. Upon first boot, follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, region, and connect to a Wi-Fi network. You will then be guided through signing in with your Apple ID or creating a new one. If you have a previous iOS device, you can use Quick Start to transfer your settings and data. For cellular setup, ensure your nano-SIM card is inserted or activate an eSIM if supported by your carrier.
Compatibility: The iPad Air runs iPadOS, which supports a vast ecosystem of apps available on the App Store. It is compatible with Apple accessories such as the Apple Pencil (2nd generation or newer) and Magic Keyboard for iPad, enhancing its productivity potential. It also supports Bluetooth peripherals like keyboards and mice.
Care: To care for your iPad Air, avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or moisture. Clean the screen with a soft, lint-free cloth. For tougher smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Keep the charging port free of debris.
