The Telescopic Underfloor Ventilator Air Brick is designed to provide airflow to the void underneath a suspended floor. Its telescopic feature allows adjustment for 3, 4, or 5 brick courses. This vent offers an equivalent area of 6000mm² per unit and includes a special grille to prevent vermin entry. It is a tough, robust, durable, and decay-resistant product, manufactured to BS EN ISO 9001 : 2008 standards and complying with all relevant Building Regulations and British Standards. The 'Equivalent Area' has been tested by BRE to BS EN 13141-1:2004. Manufactured using injection moulding in polypropylene.
