Telescopic Underfloor Ventilator Air Bricks. This telescopic underfloor ventilator is designed to provide airflow to the void underneath a suspended floor. The telescopic feature enables it to be adjusted between 3 and 5 brick courses. Available in 5 different colours of Air bricks. Vertical and horizontal extension sleeves are also available. Features & benefits include: Telescopic and adjustable for a step of 3, 4 or 5 brick courses. Equivalent Area: 6000mm² per unit. Includes a special grille to prevent the entry of vermin. Very tough and robust, durable and totally resistant to decay. Satisfies all NHBC Standards 2008 Edition. Manufactured to BS EN ISO 9001 : 2008. Complies with all relevant Building Regulations and meets all relevant British Standards. ‘Equivalent Area’ tested by BRE to BS EN 13141-1:2004. Manufactured by injection moulding in polypropylene.
