Telescopic Underfloor Ventilator Air Bricks. This telescopic underfloor ventilator is designed to provide airflow to the void underneath a suspended floor. The telescopic feature enables it to be adjusted between 3 and 5 brick courses. Features & benefits: Telescopic and adjustable for a step of 3, 4, or 5 brick courses. Equivalent Area 6000mm² per unit. Special grille included to prevent entry of vermin. Very tough and robust. Durable and totally resistant to decay. Quality: Satisfies all NHBC Standards 2008 Edition. Manufactured to BS EN ISO 9001:2008. Complies with all relevant Building Regulations. Meets all relevant British Standards. ‘Equivalent Area’ tested by BRE to BS EN 13141-1:2004. Material & colour choice: Manufactured by injection moulding in polypropylene.
