Setup, Compatibility & Care
Initial Setup
- Lacing: Loosen the laces completely before putting the boots on. The Dynamic Fit collar will provide a snug fit, but proper lacing ensures overall security.
- Fitting: Slide your foot into the boot, ensuring your heel is comfortably seated. Pull the laces taut from bottom to top, securing them with a knot. Ensure the fit is snug but not uncomfortably tight, allowing for natural foot movement.
- Break-in: While these boots are designed for comfort, a short break-in period during light training sessions may help them mold perfectly to your feet.
Compatibility
These boots are specifically engineered for Artificial Ground (AG) pitches. The stud configuration is designed to provide optimal traction, stability, and safety on synthetic turf surfaces. Using them on natural grass (FG), firm ground (FG), or hard ground (HG) may lead to suboptimal performance, increased wear on the boots, and potentially higher risk of injury.
Care & Maintenance
- Cleaning: After each use, remove loose dirt and debris using a soft brush or damp cloth. For tougher grime, wipe the boots clean with a mild soap solution and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Drying: Allow the boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not expose them to direct sunlight or use artificial heat sources (like radiators or hair dryers) as this can damage the materials and adhesives.
- Storage: Store your boots in a cool, dry place, ideally in a boot bag or box, away from extreme temperatures and humidity. This helps maintain their shape and extends their lifespan.
- Insole Care: Remove and air out insoles after each use to prevent odor and moisture buildup. They can be hand-washed with mild soap if needed.
