Overhauled from top to bottom, we've increased the stack height and added a new premium foam midsole to deliver that soft, resilient ride that's become synonymous with the Bondi. Elevated with a 3D molded collar and structured knit upper with zonal breathability, this ultra-cushioned cult favorite has been finished with Durabrasion rubber to combat high wear zones. Engineered Mesh Upper Engineered using a breathable mesh, the upper of the Bondi 9 ensures a secure fit that hugs the foot for optimum comfort whilst remaining highly breathable. The mesh fabrication has knitted zones to enhance breathability throughout your runs by allowing cool air to permeate the fabric; uncomfortable heat build-up is then removed, creating a healthy environment where feet can thrive. The mesh upper uses 55% recycled polyester, and not only does it look and feel good, but it is also good for the planet. An extended heel tab has been designed for further comfort and to assist in putting the shoes on. The shoes also include a 3D moulded collar to increase comfort and support from the moment you put them on. The shoe upper includes reflective elements to provide visibility in low-light conditions. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system that locks the midfoot to prevent excessive movement. Super Critical Foam Midsole Supplying you with an exceptional ride, the Bondi 9 utilises a super-critical foam midsole to provide a more cushioned, responsive ride. The foam adapts to your stride, providing a great balance of support and flexibility whilst offering exceptional shock-absorbing properties. This will provide your feet with excellent comfort when you strike down, protecting your joints and preventing injuries. The foam midsole is long-lasting to ensure you have a reliable shoe. Durable Rubber Outsole Designed to be durable and flex with your foot, the outsole of the Hoka Bondi 9 has been constructed using durable rubber. Placed strategically in high-wear areas such as the forefoot and heel, the rubber increases durability, resisting the traumas of heel strikes to bring you a long-lasting running buddy. The durable rubber outsole will keep you in firm control across varied terrains over a long period. Completing the outsole are flex grooves that encourage multi-directional movements.
