A fan-favorite collab, the Comme des Garçons PLAY Chuck 70 sneaker puts a playful spin on a classic. This shoe is a collaboration between Japanese designer Rei Kawakubo's sub-label Comme des Garçons PLAY and Converse. The design is a modification of the iconic Converse Chuck Taylor, specifically the All Star Chuck 70 model. It features a high-top collar that hugs the ankles, a black upper, white laces, a white sole, and a white toe cap. A recognizable element of the Comme des Garçons PLAY line is its heart and eyes logo. This iteration stays true to the classic 70s Chuck Taylor style while incorporating the distinctive PLAY branding. The Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star 70s Hi Comme des Garçons PLAY Black was released in March of 2019.
