Setup, Compatibility & Care
First Use
Simply put on the jacket and adjust the front zipper. Ensure the elasticated cuffs and sides fit comfortably to maximize protection.
Compatibility
This jacket is designed for women and is compatible with various layering systems. For colder spring days, wear a fleece or thermal layer underneath. For milder days, a simple t-shirt or light long-sleeved top will suffice. Its green colour and practical design integrate well with most casual and outdoor wardrobes.
Care Instructions
To ensure your Trespass Waterproof Jacket maintains its performance and extends its lifespan, follow these general care guidelines:
- Washing: Always check the inner care label for specific instructions. Generally, waterproof jackets should be washed on a gentle cycle with a technical wash specific for waterproof garments. Avoid conventional detergents as they can degrade waterproofing.
- Drying: Air dry the jacket whenever possible. Avoid high heat from tumble dryers as this can damage the waterproof membrane. If machine drying is necessary, use a low heat setting.
- Reproofing: Over time, the durable water repellent (DWR) finish on the outer fabric may wear off. If you notice water soaking into the fabric rather than beading off, it's time to reproof using a spray-on or wash-in DWR treatment.
- Storage: Store the jacket in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure it is completely dry before storing to prevent mildew.
