Setup, Compatibility & Care
Initial Setup
- Power On: Press and hold the power button on the right side of the iPhone until the Apple logo appears.
- Follow On-Screen Prompts: Select your language and region. If you have another iPhone or iPad, you can use Quick Start to transfer data and settings automatically.
- Connect to Wi-Fi: Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- Set Up Face ID: Follow the instructions to set up facial recognition for security and convenience.
- Create a Passcode: Establish a secure passcode.
- Transfer Data: Choose to restore from an iCloud Backup, Mac/PC Backup, or transfer directly from another phone. If you're new to iPhone, select "Don't transfer Apps & Data."
- Sign In with Apple ID: Enter your Apple ID and password. If you don't have one, you can create one.
- Complete Setup: Agree to terms and conditions, enable location services, and set up Siri and Apple Pay as desired.

- Case Usage: A protective case is recommended to guard against drops and impacts, preserving the silver finish and overall integrity of the device.
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the exterior with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials, alcohol, or harsh chemicals. Ensure ports are free of dust and debris.
- Software Updates: Regularly update your iPhone to the latest iOS version to benefit from security patches, new features, and performance improvements.
- Battery Health: To maximize battery lifespan, avoid extreme temperatures. If storing for a long time, charge the battery to around 50%.
- Storage Management: With 128 GB of fixed storage, periodically review and manage your photos, videos, and apps. Utilize iCloud for offloading content to free up space on your device.
