Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
Upon first power-on, follow the on-screen instructions to select your language, connect to Wi-Fi, and set up Face ID or Touch ID. You can restore from an iCloud or computer backup, or set up as a new iPad. Ensure your Apple ID is ready for app downloads and services.
Compatibility
The iPad Air is compatible with the new Apple Pencil Pro and the Magic Keyboard (specifically designed for iPad Air models). It also supports various Bluetooth accessories like headphones, mice, and keyboards. Ensure accessories are MFi (Made for iPad) certified for optimal performance.
Care
To maintain your iPad Air, clean the screen with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive materials and excessive moisture. Protect the device from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. For charging, use Apple-certified power adapters and cables. Consider a protective case and screen protector to prevent scratches and minor damage.
