The panels come with pre-attached, strong adhesive specifically designed for wall mounting. Ensure the wall surface is prepared correctly for optimal adhesion.
These panels are best suited for dry living spaces like bedrooms and living rooms. Avoid areas with high humidity or moisture, such as bathrooms or kitchens, as this can affect the adhesive and fabric.
For routine cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used carefully. For deep cleaning, professional upholstery cleaning is recommended for velvet fabrics.
It is recommended to mount these panels on smooth, flat surfaces for the best adhesion. Textured walls may not provide a strong enough bond for the pre-attached adhesive.
Ensure the wall surface is thoroughly cleaned, dried, and free from dust or grease. Reapply pressure firmly across the entire surface of the panel. For persistent issues, consider a stronger, compatible adhesive suitable for upholstery panels.
Use a spirit level during installation to ensure each panel is straight. If a panel is misaligned after application, carefully peel it off slowly and reapply, using the spirit level. Note that repeated removal and reapplication may weaken the adhesive.
Ensure panels are pressed firmly into place. If gaps persist, ensure you are mounting them on a flat wall. For aesthetic correction, consider using a small amount of colour-matched caulk or filler sparingly along the edges, if acceptable for your design.
