Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The HOKA Arahi 8 arrives ready to wear. Ensure you have the correct size for optimal comfort and performance. It is designed for road running and should be used on paved surfaces or light trails.
Compatibility: This shoe is engineered for runners who benefit from stability features, particularly those with overpronation. It is compatible with most standard running sock types.
Care:
- Cleaning: To clean, use a soft brush or cloth to remove loose dirt. For tougher stains, use a mild soap and water solution with a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing or using harsh detergents, as this can damage the materials.
- Drying: Allow the shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not place them near direct heat sources like radiators or in a tumble dryer, as this can cause the materials to warp or degrade.
- Storage: Store the shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure they are completely dry before storing to prevent mildew.
- Usage: While durable, excessive wear on abrasive surfaces or using them for activities other than running (e.g., court sports) can reduce their lifespan and compromise their stability features.
