The GP Plus R v4 Airflow Jacket is engineered for maximum ventilation and airflow with extensive race-derived features. It offers a dedicated ‘Sport’ fit with pre-curved arms for optimal riding performance and race-proven protection on shoulders and elbows. The jacket features vented shoulders and extensive perforation zones on the chest and sides for maximum airflow. Alpinestars composite stretch technology, A-CS® Plus, provides enhanced breathability, comfort, and freedom of movement, while being lighter and having a lower profile than traditional leather accordion panels. A-CS® Plus offers superior stretch performance with approximately 30% elongation, a 300% increase in tear resistance, and a 600% increase in cut resistance compared to leather. Constructed from 1.3mm ‘Race’ grade leather for superior abrasion resistance and comfort. Extensive technical stretch panels are integrated under the arms, on the inner arms, and around the neck for an optimized fit. The jacket is Tech-Air® 5 and Tech-Air® 3 Ready. It features stretch panels under and on the inner arms for an optimized sport fit, and a stretch, soft feel, ergonomic collar for superior rider comfort.
