Clean the portafilter, drip tray, and water tank daily. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth after each use. Descale the machine every 1-3 months.
Use fresh, whole-bean coffee. The machine works well with most coffee varieties; however, experiment to find what you prefer.
Follow the descaling instructions in the user manual. Typically, this involves using a descaling solution and running it through the machine.
The grind may be too coarse. Adjust the grind finer and try again.
