Care
To maintain your ExpertBook P1:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and chassis. For stubborn marks, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the device is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
- Battery: To preserve battery health, avoid exposing the laptop to extreme temperatures and consider adjusting power settings to optimize battery life when not plugged in. The battery is rated at 50 Wh.
- Cooling: Ensure the laptop's vents are not blocked to allow for proper airflow. Avoid using the laptop on soft surfaces like beds or carpets for extended periods, as this can impede cooling. The ExpertCool design directs heat away from the user's hands.
- Hardware: The memory can be upgraded via the two SO-DIMM slots, supporting a maximum of 64GB RAM. The SSD is an M.2 NVMe drive, allowing for storage upgrades.
