Ronseal 36110 Diamond Hard Garage Floor Paint Steel Blue 2.5Litre. A washable, steel blue garage floor paint in a satin finish. Covers up to 12 m² per litre and dries in 72 hours. This paint is tough enough to park your car on and withstand oil, grease and petrol spills. It is touch dry in four hours, covers up to 12 m² per litre and has a smooth finish so your floor is protected and looks great. This product covers 12 m²/litre, needs 2 to 3 coats, can be applied with a brush, roller or pad, is dry to touch in 4 hours and if needed can be recoated in 4 hours. For best results, ensure good ventilation and prepare the floor thoroughly. For new concrete, allow to set for a month and clean with a wire brush. Consider a stabilising solution or diluting the paint with 10% water to prevent cracking or blistering. For previously painted floors, clean with a wire brush and white spirit. Apply with a large brush, roller or pad, stirring the paint well first. Start at the far end and work towards the door, painting in small sections to avoid painting yourself into a corner. Apply two or three coats, allowing four to six hours between each coat. The floor will be hardest after 72 hours, at which point you can move items back into the garage.
