With its distinctive 4-star swivel base, the AAC10 brings a slightly more formal character to the About A Chair series. The curved shell is made from post-consumer recycled plastic and available in a wide choice of colours. It pairs with a cast aluminium base, either polished or powder coated, giving the chair a clean, minimal look. The AAC10 is designed for flexibility across contract, office, or home environments. Available with optional front upholstery, it offers added comfort without compromising the chair’s pared-back silhouette. Glider feet provide stable support on hard floors or low-pile carpet. Designed by Hee Welling. Manufactured by HAY. Featuring a swivel base, the About A Chair AAC 10 conveys a more formal expression than its wooden-legged counterparts from the collection. Retaining the same open, curved shell and legs that fan out from the centred base, it has a cast aluminium swivel base in polished or powder coated finishes, with the post-consumer recycled plastic shell offered in a wide palette of contemporary colours and multiple front upholstery options.
