- Sign in with your Apple ID or create a new one.
- Choose to transfer information from a Mac, PC, or Time Machine backup, or set up as a new Mac.
- Complete the setup by configuring system preferences and privacy settings.
Compatibility:
This MacBook Pro runs macOS and is compatible with a vast range of software applications designed for the platform. It supports Thunderbolt 4 ports for connecting external displays and high-speed peripherals. Ensure any third-party accessories are compatible with macOS and the M5 Pro chip architecture.
Care and Maintenance:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and exterior. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excessive moisture. For stubborn smudges on the display, use a specialized screen cleaner sparingly on the cloth, not directly on the screen.
- Ventilation: Ensure the vents are not blocked to maintain optimal operating temperature. Avoid placing the device on soft surfaces like blankets for extended periods during heavy use.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery health, avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures and consider enabling optimized battery charging in System Settings.
