Rustins Quick Dry ASAP All Surface All Purpose Paint Satin Blue is a water-based paint that dries to a satin finish. It resists flaking or peeling because of its flexible capabilities. Can be used indoors and outdoors on multiple surfaces. It is touch dry in 30 minutes and re-coating time is approximately 2-3 hours. This high-performance acrylic satin paint can be used on a wide range of surfaces such as UPVC, most plastics, timber, metal, tiles, stone and bricks without the need of a primer.
