The speakers deliver a total of 60W of power.
The D50X supports MP3, FLAC, and WAV audio formats via USB playback, up to a storage capacity of 128 GB.
You can connect to your TV using the HDMI ARC input for a direct audio signal, or via the optical input if your TV supports it. An AUX cable can also be used if your TV has an audio output.
The speakers feature Bluetooth 5.3 with a range of up to 10 metres.
There are dedicated quick-reach controls on the speaker and on the remote control to adjust the bass and treble levels to your preference.
The D50X speakers come with a power adaptor and a speaker connecting cable. You may need to provide your own HDMI or AUX cable depending on your setup.
Each speaker measures 13.6cm (width) x 15cm (depth) x 18cm (height).
Ensure the power adapter is securely connected and the unit is powered on. Check that the correct input source is selected. Verify the speaker connecting cable is firmly attached between the two speakers. Test with a different audio source or cable.
Make sure the speakers are in Bluetooth pairing mode. Ensure your source device is within the 10-meter range. Turn off Bluetooth on other nearby devices that might be interfering. Restart both the speakers and your source device.
Reduce the volume level. Adjust the treble and bass controls. Ensure the audio source is of good quality. Check that the speaker cones are not obstructed. If using USB, ensure the audio file is not corrupted.
Check and replace the remote control battery if necessary. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the front of the speaker. Try operating the controls directly on the speaker to confirm functionality.
