For routine cleaning, use a soft suede brush to remove loose dirt. For deeper cleaning, apply a small amount of a suede-specific cleaning solution with a clean cloth, gently rub, and then blot dry. Always allow to air dry completely and avoid soaking the suede.

Gently brush the suede with a dedicated suede brush in one direction to restore its nap and remove light surface dust.

Use a specialized sneaker cleaner formulated for suede and mesh. Apply sparingly with a clean cloth or brush, and then dab gently with a damp cloth to remove residue. Allow to air dry.

Often, this is due to the insole rubbing against the inside of the shoe. Try removing the insole, sprinkling a small amount of baby powder or cornstarch inside the shoe, then reinserting the insole. If the sound persists, inspect for loose components or contact customer support.
