This hand mixer has 6 speeds, 2 flex edge beaters and the power and control to mix your favourite cookie dough or mashed potatoes. Slowly stir in chunky ingredients, like nuts or chocolate chips, at speed one or whip egg whites or heavy cream at speed six. The flex edge beaters deliver 2 X the surface area for faster, more thorough mixing, with less noise and vibration. They also reduce the need to scrape the bowl sides with a spatula compared to metal beaters. When finished, securely store accessories with the integrated storage clip that attaches to the underside of your mixer.
