Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Lenovo A100 is designed for minimal setup. Unbox the unit, connect the power adapter, and power it on. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial operating system setup (if applicable, or connect to your network if pre-configured). Wireless keyboard and mouse are included; ensure they are powered on and paired.
Compatibility: This All-in-One PC comes with standard ports, including USB 2.0 and USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports for peripherals, and an HDMI port for an external display if needed. It supports Wi-Fi 6 for wireless networking and Ethernet for wired connections. Ensure any peripherals you connect are compatible with Windows operating systems.
Care: To maintain the performance and longevity of your A100:
- Cleaning: Wipe the screen with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For stubborn smudges, use a screen cleaner specifically designed for electronic displays, applied to the cloth, not directly to the screen. Clean the body and stand with a slightly damp cloth.
- Ventilation: Ensure the air vents are not blocked to prevent overheating. Avoid placing the device in enclosed spaces with poor airflow.
- Power: Use only the provided AC adapter. Avoid frequent power cycling if possible.
