This single-size navy coloured bed features a hand-tufted, diamond-scoring design on the headboard and footboard with thickly foam-padded. The headboard is perfect for sitting up in bed and reading. Luna velvet bed features sturdy, upholstered panels and quality sprung slats. These sprung slats are designed to improve comfort and mattress lifespan. Each Ottoman bed is also finished with hardwood feet that have been hand-turned and varnished. This bed also meets the practical needs of modern houses, offering the perfect storage solution for rooms with no or little space or simply providing more storage for anyone in need of it. The storage space hidden within the Luna bed frame can be accessed with minimal effort thanks to easy-lift gas pistons. These gas pistons also allow hands-free access once the Ottoman is elevated. The top of the bed will hold its position once lifted. For the protection of your stored items, it has an attached fabric base to the underside of the bed. The design is finished off with solid hand turned hard wood feet. The ottoman bed provides vast storage that can be easily accessed with gas lift pistons, once the mechanism is open it will hold in place allowing hands free access to the large storage area. The bed comes completely with a dust sheet to keep the storage are clean, please note the storage area is not a boarded base. The bed features quality spring slats for added comfort and support. The mechanism is capable of lifting mattress with a weight of up to 60kg. The bed is supplied flat pack, assembly takes 1-2 hours and is easier with 2 people. The bed meets UK safety standards and has also passed non-mandatory structural testing for peace of mind. You'll receive a notification as soon as your item has shipped. If you order both bed & mattress from Aspire, these may not arrive at the same time and may be delivered by different couriers. Do not dispose of your old bed or mattress until the new one arrives and you are happy with it.
