Originally trained in shipping, Morten Gøttler became a self-taught designer and architect recognised for his exceptional understanding of wood. He develops traditional Scandinavian craftsmanship in a new context. His style has its roots in the tradition of Scandinavian design, with a marked taste for lightness and simplicity, values which are joined by attention to detail, quality materials and comfort. Cuba Chair is a nod to the masters of Scandinavian design who in the past experimented and pushed the boundaries of the folding chair concept. This folding lounge chair has a solid wooden frame. The cotton straps form a comfortable seat and backrest. This chair offers excellent support by delicately following the contours of the body. The lightweight frame folds for convenient storage.
