Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup: The Lincat DF36 requires hardwiring by a qualified electrician. Ensure the installation complies with all local electrical regulations. Position the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface with adequate ventilation, away from flammable materials.
Compatibility: This is an electric fryer designed for standard commercial power supply (6kW). It is suitable for use in professional kitchens, catering environments, takeaways, and restaurants.
Care:
- Daily Cleaning: After the fryer has cooled completely, drain the oil using the front-mounted drain valve. Wipe down the interior and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Clean the baskets and batter plates.
- Regular Maintenance: Hinged elements allow for easier access to the tank for thorough cleaning. Periodically check the oil for signs of degradation and filter or change as needed. The cool zone helps minimize debris buildup, but regular tank cleaning is still essential.
- Lid Use: Use the supplied stainless steel lid when the fryer is not in use to protect the oil from contaminants and reduce heat loss.
