LOCTITE 243 is a medium-strength, general-purpose threadlocker that secures and seals bolts, nuts, and studs to prevent loosening due to vibration. This industrial adhesive secures screws, nuts, stud bolts, and other metal threads against loosening from impact exposure. It not only secures but also seals metal threads, making it suitable for pumps and gearboxes. The thread lock works on all threaded metal connections, including passive metals like stainless steel and aluminum. It offers high temperature and oil resistance and tolerates low levels of contamination from industrial oils. The package contains one 10ml bottle of LOCTITE 243, a medium-strength, acrylate-based, strong adhesive for screws, nuts, and stud bolts, colored blue.
