The Falcon 900S is a 900mm-wide range cooker with a 108-litre oven. It features a unique energy-saving panel (ESP) that allows you to split the oven into two, transforming it into a smaller, more economical single oven for smaller meals. Key features include a stainless steel hotplate, a 5kW central burner, heavy-duty pan supports, a multifunction oven, an energy-saving panel, a roll-out grill, and a 3-year guarantee. Dimensions are 900mm (W) x 610mm (D) x 912-937mm (H). The hob offers a total rating of 9.25kW (10.6kW Boostable) with electric grills and ovens. The left oven has a capacity of 108 litres and the right oven has a capacity of 49 litres. It requires a 45A @ 230V single-phase power supply. Accessories included are 2 large shelves for single cavity, 3 shelves for when E.S.P is in use, an Energy Saving Panel, a front plinth, and a wok ring.
