The RST Alpha 5 is a 3/4 length textile jacket designed for motorcycle touring, offering essential features and a focus on safety. It includes reflective panels for increased visibility, especially in challenging conditions, helping riders stay seen, warm, and dry. The jacket is constructed with MaxTex Polyester and features a firm mesh lining. It comes with a removable waterproof SinAqua membrane and a removable thermal lining (125 gr.) for adaptability to various weather conditions. For ventilation, it has 2 front air inlets and 2 rear air vents. Comfort is enhanced by a neoprene collar and adjustable waist, biceps, and cuffs. Storage is provided by 2 external and 4 internal pockets. The jacket is equipped with Level 1 elbow and shoulder protectors, and is prepared for a back protector. A 360° connection zipper allows for integration with compatible RST pants. The 'Touring fit' is engineered for maximum comfort in an upright riding position, with design considerations for weather protection and comfort both on and off the bike.
