Tablet won't turn on or is unresponsive

S Pen isn't responding or connecting
Ensure the S Pen is properly attached to the magnetic charging spot on the back of the tablet to charge. If the issue persists, go to Settings > Advanced features > S Pen and check connection status or restart the tablet.
Poor Wi-Fi connection or slow internet
Restart your Wi-Fi router and the tablet. Try forgetting the network and reconnecting. If issues persist, test connection on another device or check your internet service provider.
Applications are running slowly or crashing
