The HAY Korpus Shelf is a sleek and versatile storage solution crafted from lightweight, powder-coated aluminium. Designed by Andreas Bergsaker, the Korpus Shelf is made from sheet aluminium, known for its lightness, strength, and reusability. The aluminium undergoes an industrial stamping and punching process to form a distinctively curved column and top. Keyhole slits at the back facilitate mounting, while concealed hooks in the column provide additional hanging possibilities. These versatile shelves can be used in many different rooms, such as a coat rack in the hallway, for storing kitchen utensils, hanging bathroom towels, or displaying ornaments in the living room. The small edge of the top prevents objects from falling off.
