The KitchenAid 2.1 Litre Food Processor in Empire Red is ideal for everyday challenges. Compact and versatile, it allows you to explore and experiment with recipes and cuisines, whilst cutting down on prep time. It can chop, shred, mince, slice, julienne, knead, whisk, mix and purée, processing fresh vegetables, cheese, doughs, sauces, salsa and so much more. Improvements to the multi-purpose S blade allow tougher ingredients to be processed - it can even mince meat in 10 seconds. Add liquid ingredients, like oil, into the drizzle basin and it will trickle in while processing. The KitchenAid 2.1 Litre Food Processor is simple to set up and use with a twist-free design. Just click the Snap & Go bowl into place and open it with the hinged lid. Select from Low, High or Pulse options, with easy-press buttons and illuminated LED controls. The processor is supplied with a 2.1 litre BPA-free work bowl, hinged lid with 2-in-1 feed tube and food pusher, dough blade, multi-purpose S-blade, whisk accessory, reversible 4mm medium slicing/shredding disc, julienne disc, refrigerator lid, and drive adaptor. For kitchen space challenges, this compact design takes up less room than larger models, with all accessories and blades fitting inside the bowl and the power cord wrapping neatly underneath. The leak-resistant work bowl is quick and easy to clean by adding a little dish soap and warm water; the lid, bowl, blades, discs, and accessories are all dishwasher safe.
