Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your jacket, adhere to the following guidelines:
- Adjustment: Before heading out, tighten the hood and hem shock cords to find the balance between coverage and ventilation.
- Layering: Ensure your mid-layer is not too bulky to maintain the jacket's intended range of motion.
- Cleaning: Machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners as they can damage the waterproof coating.
- Maintenance: Periodically re-apply a DWR (Durable Water-Repellent) treatment if you notice water no longer beads up on the surface of the fabric.
- Drying: Air dry the jacket naturally away from direct heat sources to preserve the seam-seal integrity.
