The hand-upholstered headboard features deep padding and a gorgeous, Chesterfield-inspired design with handmade button detailing. Finished in a light silver velvet fabric and stylish solid hardwood feet, it offers an elegant addition to any space. This ottoman bed provides vast storage with gas lift pistons, holding the bed's position for hands-free access to the large storage area. A dust sheet is included to keep the storage area clean, and quality spring slats offer added comfort and support. The gas lift mechanism can support mattresses weighing up to 60kg. Please note: The storage area does not have a boarded base. The bed is supplied flat-packed; assembly takes one to two hours and is easier with two people.
