Adjust Shoulder Straps: Loosen all straps, put on the pack, and then tighten shoulder straps until the pack sits comfortably on your back, with the top of the shoulder straps just behind your shoulders.
Adjust Sternum Strap: Move the sternum strap up or down along the shoulder straps for optimal comfort, typically across your upper chest, and fasten it. This helps stabilize the pack.
Adjust Removable Hipbelt: Fasten the webbing hipbelt around your waist. While it offers minimal load support, it helps stabilize the pack against your body, especially on uneven terrain. This hipbelt can be removed if not desired for casual use.
