Spun from a single piece of aluminium, the Topan pendant is proof that sometimes simple is best. The first mass produced lamp by design legend, Verner Panton, its effortless simplicity and undeniable coolness has proven to have lasting value. Perfect for any modern or contemporary home, the Topan would look great in any living room, dining room or kitchen. It comes in five vibrant colours with a colour coordinated cable to complement any interior. Designed by Verner Panton. Manufactured by &Tradition. The Topan pendant, designed in 1959, was Panton’s second ever design and his first mass produced lamp – later to be followed by the Flowerpot. A sculptural silhouette that not only provides illumination, Topan also acts as a decorative element either alone or in clusters, and adds targeted atmosphere to interiors. Alongside the existing Matt Black, version, Topan now comes in the new Vermillion Red colour way, reflective Chrome, and the neutral Grey Beige tone.
