RUST-OLEUM CombiColor Metal 7300/7400 coating is a primer and topcoat in one, based on a urethane modified alkyd, providing good drying properties at low temperatures. Contains rust-inhibitive pigments and is lead- and chromate free. Recommended Uses Apply on bare, manually derusted or with CombiPrimer Anti-Corrosion 3369/3380 primed steel. CombiColor Metal is intended for brush and roller application and can also be applied by air spray. Provides corrosion protection in a light industrial environment. For metal structures in a more aggressive industrial environment, prior application of a RUSTOLEUM CombiPrimer Anti-Corrosion 3369/3380 is recommended. Recommended film thickness: 55 ìm dry, equals 100 ìm wet. VOC-content: 439g/l max. Ready-to-use mixture: 495g/l max. Category: A/i EU Limit values: 600g/l (2007) / 500g/l (2010). Drying times at 20°C/50% r.h.: To touch: 2 hours / To handle: 8 hours / To recoat: After 16 hours / Full hardness: 7 days. Drying times at 10°C/60% r.h.: To touch: 3 hours / To handle: 16 hours / To recoat: After 24 hours / Full hardness: 14 days. Drying times at 30°C/50% r.h.: To touch: 1 ½ hours / To handle: 6 hours / To recoat: After 8 hours / Full hardness: 5 days. Heat resistance: 90°C (dry heat), at elevated temperatures discoloration may occur. Coverage Theoretical: 10.3m²/l at 55 ìm dry, depending on colour.
