Troubleshooting

Difficulty setting up the tent.

Review the setup instructions and practice setting up the tent before your trip. Ensure all poles are correctly inserted and the rainfly is properly attached.

Condensation inside the tent.

Ensure the Apex and Baseline vents are open to allow for airflow. Adjust the vent settings based on the weather conditions. Avoid cooking inside the tent.

Leaks during heavy rain.

Ensure the tent is properly staked out and the rainfly is taut. Check for any damage to the rainfly and seam seal. Consider using seam sealer on the seams if necessary.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

  1. Setup: Lay out the tent footprint (sold separately) and position the tent body. Assemble the DAC MX poles and insert them into the pole sleeves. Attach the rainfly using the C-clips and stake out the tent. For optimal ventilation, ensure the Baseline Vents are open or positioned towards the wind.
  2. Compatibility: Compatible with three regular rectangular sleeping mats. A footprint is available to protect the tent floor.
  3. Care: After each use, clean the tent of any dirt or debris. Allow the tent to dry completely before packing it away to prevent mildew. Store the tent in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to maintain the fabric's integrity.
