These Korda Leadcore Leaders are 1m in length, perfect for pinning everything to the lakebed and protecting fish from line damage during the fight. The Heli-Safe system is ideal for any helicopter style setup, whether using a conventional rig or a chod. It's now available constructed on Kable leadcore and ready to use straight out of the packet. The leader is not too long, so it doesn't adversely affect casting. This brilliant anti-tangle setup is also very safe for fish as it incorporates the Mini Heli-Safe System, a more compact version of the original, ensuring the lead comes off when needed. It also features the No-Trace Safety System, which ensures the hook link can easily detach from the leader if your main line breaks. Each pack contains two spare No-Trace Beads. The top rubber on the No-Trace Safety System can be positioned close to the lead on clean bottoms or moved up the leader when fishing over weed or debris, especially with chods. The Mini Heli-Safe can be adjusted based on the fishing situation. The standard spring releases the lead under minimal pressure, dropping it on a take, which is great in thick weed. Alternatively, the red spring (two supplied) can be used in snag and weed-free waters, where the lead should only be dropped if it gets stuck. An optional collar (two supplied) can be added to prevent lead ejection, while still allowing the fish to break free in the event of a line snap due to the No-Trace Safety System. A size 11 QC Ring Swivel allows for quick rig changes, and a spliced loop at one end facilitates easy attachment to your main line using a loop-to-loop method. These Kable Heli-Safe Leadcore Leaders are available in Gravel Brown or Weed/Silt, with two leaders per pack. They also include 2 x spare No-Trace Beads, 2 x Mini Heli-Safe collars, and 2 x Mini Heli-Safe red springs.
