The Karl-Johan pendant light focuses on the soft yet distinct silhouette. The material of the rounded glass allows light sources to bounces light around the globes interior, creating a volume free of visual interference. Available in two sizes small and large and two finishes opal glass or smoked glass. Danish design pendant light Karl-Johan by Signe Hytte. The designer Signe Hytte was inspired by an autumnal forest excursion for her Karl-Johan light series, as her lights resemble mushrooms in shape. In the case of the pendant light in this series, it is the bulbous lampshade made of Glas that really catches the eye. Innes contains LEDs and Signe Hytte designed this series of lights for the Danish design company New Works. In addition to lights, New Works also produces furniture and other furnishings. The Copenhagen-based company combines design and art in the style of Scandinavian minimalism.
