Milliput is a versatile putty that adheres to and seals or bonds ceramics, wood, plastics, glass, metals, cement, and more. It can be sculpted and, once set, can be turned, sawn, drilled, tapped, filed, sandpapered, and painted. Milliput is responsive to water, making sculpting and modeling easier with tools like scalpels, wire tools, probes, engraving tools, soft brushes, and cloth. The Silver Grey variant is particularly suited for the restoration of porcelain and other ceramics, as well as for repairing antiques, objets d'art, and picture mouldings. It can also be used for general sculpting and modeling. Milliput sets at room temperature in 3 to 4 hours, or faster with heat, and is fully dry in about 8 hours. It can be machined, drilled, tapped, turned, filed, sawn, sandpapered, and painted immediately after setting.
