The New Balance 993 reinvents the 993 model, part of the legendary 990 collection. A combination of black and white makes the New Balance 993 a subtle shoe. Black mesh on the upper gives some texture and breaks up the smooth leather overlays. Originally unveiled to the world in 2008, the New Balance 993 combines features from its 991 and 992 predecessors while introducing technical improvements. The upper sports a breathable mesh base with pigskin leather overlays built to enhance the structure of the silhouette and resist abrasion from the elements. Down below, the ABZORB DTS midsole is a Dynamic Transitioning System featuring cushion and stability for shock absorption. A tough rubber outsole helps to add on the miles.
