It is suitable for bonding decorative plastic sheets, rigid plastics (PVC, ABS), wood, metal, wood composite boards, cane fibre boards, and acoustic tiles.
Surfaces should be clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and loose particles. Lightly roughen non-porous surfaces for better adhesion.
Approximately 4-6 m² per litre per coat, depending on the surface.
Allow the adhesive to become touch dry, typically 10-20 minutes, depending on environmental conditions.
Avoid prolonged contact. Wash the affected area immediately with soap and water.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
While the product is temperature-resistant, it's best to check for specific outdoor applications and ensure the materials are suitable for the environment.
Check the product packaging for the specific shelf life. Always use the product within its expiration date.
Ensure surfaces were properly prepared (clean, dry, and roughened if necessary). Make sure enough adhesive was applied and that the surfaces were allowed to dry to a touch-dry state before joining. Apply sufficient pressure when joining the surfaces.
This is unlikely due to the thixotropic nature of the adhesive. Check for application errors or use a thicker application if necessary. Ensure the product is within its expiration date and has been stored correctly.
Ensure the application environment is within the recommended temperature and humidity range. If the room is too cold or humid, drying times may increase.
Ensure the application area is well-ventilated. Although the product has low odor, ventilation will help minimize any residual smell.
