Troubleshooting
iPad won't turn on.
Check the power connection and try a different outlet. If the iPad is still unresponsive, force restart it by quickly pressing and releasing the volume up button, then quickly pressing and releasing the volume down button, and finally, pressing and holding the power button until the Apple logo appears.
Wi-Fi not connecting.
Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled in Settings. Check your Wi-Fi network name and password. Restart your router and iPad.
Apps crashing or freezing.
Close the app and reopen it. Restart the iPad. Ensure the app is updated to the latest version. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
Battery draining quickly.
Adjust screen brightness, disable background app refresh, and turn off location services for apps that don't need it. Close unused apps running in the background.
