Assembly is straightforward, requiring only a rubber mallet as no nuts or bolts are needed. The shelves are constructed from heavy-duty 1.2mm thick steel, ensuring durability. Each shelf can support an impressive 265kg with an evenly distributed load, meaning a single bay can hold up to 1325kg across its 5 shelves. The shelves themselves are made from solid MDF boards. For added stability, the units feature moulded feet.
