The Gastroback Design Ice Cream Maker Advanced Control is a versatile 2-in-1 appliance that can create delicious ice cream, sorbet, soft serve, and frozen yogurt at home. It features adjustable programs and advanced technology, allowing you to make up to 1.5 liters of ice cream per hour. The built-in cooling compressor chills to -30°C in minutes, ensuring quick and efficient operation. Customize your frozen treats with electronic consistency control for soft, medium, or hard ice cream, and adjust the stirring speed (25, 50, or 70 rpm) for optimal texture and flavor. The stirrer, equipped with a DC motor and rotation sensors, maintains a constant speed even as the ice cream thickens. Use the stirring function without cooling for mixing ingredients or the cooling function without stirring for pre-heated mixes. An automatic post-cooling function keeps your creations at the desired consistency for up to two hours. The 1.5-liter stainless steel container is removable and dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. Monitor the process through the transparent lid with a filling flap for adding extra ingredients.
