These bags are fully compostable, biodegradable and fully certified to EN 13432, meaning they are completely safe for our environment. With a “star-sealed” base, the base of the bag is gathered and sealed in such a way to provide extra strength, preventing the back from breaking when full but without affecting the overall capacity of the bag. These 240L bags are designed to fit most large outdoor wheelie bins, but it is important to check the dimensions below against your actual bin and allow enough length to fold over the top rim and spread across the base. BioLiner bags are certified as compostable and biodegradable to EN13432, the internationally recognised certification for compostable material, and are printed with the seedling logo. They are accepted by most local authorities for food waste composting schemes. Compostable liners should be stored in a cool, dark, dry place to prevent degradation and splitting.
