Safeguard Dryzone DPC Cream is the industry standard for remedial rising damp treatments. This cream is injected into holes drilled along a mortar bed using a special applicator gun. Once installed, the high strength formulation spreads along the mortar bed before curing to form a damp-proof course. Dryzone's patented installation method has been optimised to ensure that it is effective on a wide range of mortar types, including the porous and low-alkalinity mortars typically found in Victorian buildings. It is BBA & WTA approved, high strength, and can be used on a range of materials suitable for a wide variety of walls including brick, stone and rubble construction. The cream is white but dries clear. This tube contains 310ml of Dryzone damp-proofing cream and is designed for use in walls to prevent rising damp by creating a strong waterproof barrier. The tube comes with an extendable nozzle with a precision end for accurate application. This product is the original patented damp course injection cream, sold in more than 18 countries with over two million tubes sold. It is rigorously tested and outperforms similar DPC creams on the market. Its high-strength formulation performs even in highly saturated walls (up to 95%). It is easy, fast, clean, and effective, packed in 310ml cartridges for easy use. One Dryzone 310 cartridge covers roughly 1.7 linear metres for a 9" thick wall. It is proven to work in situations where the wall is highly saturated, cold or warm, very porous, or of high or low alkalinity.
