Use lump charcoal for the best results and flavor. Avoid using briquettes, as they can produce more ash and alter the taste of your food.
Use the bottom and top vents to control airflow. More airflow equals higher temperatures, while less airflow lowers the temperature.
Clean the grates after each use with a grill brush. The ceramic body is self-cleaning at high temperatures. The pizza stone can be cleaned with warm water after cooling down.
The maximum temperature is 450°C.
Place the pizza stone inside the grill to preheat. Once the stone is hot, place your pizza on it and bake at 190°C for 12-15 minutes.
Close the vents to reduce airflow and lower the temperature. This will help cool down the grill and prevent burning.
The included cover is heavy-duty and offers excellent protection against the elements, however, it is recommended to store the grill in a sheltered area during severe weather.
Ensure vents are open enough for airflow. Check for charcoal blockage and allow more time to heat up.
Adjust vents to control airflow. Avoid opening the lid frequently. Ensure charcoal is distributed evenly.
Rotate food regularly. Ensure even heat distribution and consider using indirect heat methods for larger items.
Check and clean the lid seal and hinges. Lubricate hinges if necessary.
